Family Member Eye Exam (Must be a new patient)*

*This is a voucher redeemable for an Eye Exam for an adult Student or child. The first Eye Exam must have been paid in full. This is a Second $49 Eye Exam voucher for an adult family member within two years of the first Eye Exam who must be a new patient. (Please request prior to appointment, Conditions Apply).

Half price applies also to the normal Student examination price $79, Child $69 that can be paid on the day. A Child with a Community Services Card can be free due to the Government Enable subsidy. This special is separate to MSD funding.

Occasionally further tests with an additional fee that are not included in this online Eye Exam special may be recommended after the Eye Exam is completed. For example, Oct scan $69, Field test $59, Corneal Topography $49 and Dilation $29
